๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Xepelin, a fintech transforming business finance in Latin America, and manage a portfolio of SME clients. Your core impact will be driving client adoption of our digital financial platform through onboarding, support, and retention. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Acquire and administer client portfolio.
- Manage commercial opportunities and enroll SMEs in the app.
- Use backoffice platform and app for documentation management.
- Support collections and notifications.
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 6 months sales experience.
- Factoring knowledge required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.

- Graduate in Business, Finance, or Commercial careers.
- Call center experience.
