You'll join Xepelin, a fintech transforming business finance in Latin America, and manage a portfolio of SME clients. Your core impact will be driving client adoption of our digital financial platform through onboarding, support, and retention. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Acquire and administer client portfolio.
  • Manage commercial opportunities and enroll SMEs in the app.
  • Use backoffice platform and app for documentation management.
  • Support collections and notifications.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months sales experience.
  • Factoring knowledge required.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
