💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead TensorWave's Global Operations Center for 24/7 monitoring and incident response across GPU cloud data centers. You'll define processes, implement tooling, and grow the team that ensures infrastructure reliability. This role offers significant influence over how the company improves monitoring and incident response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the Global Operations team for 24/7 coverage
• Define real-time monitoring processes across data centers
• Own L1 incident response and coordination of escalations
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive runbook library

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a NOC or infrastructure operations center environment
• Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms like Grafana or Prometheus
• Strong understanding of incident management frameworks
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux system administration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building a GOC function from scratch
• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure or AI/ML workloads
• ITIL certification or equivalent experience
