You'll join a team responsible for the health and stability of services at Palantir, working on critical customer issues and improving codebases. You'll drive strategic investments in product reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Invest in documentation, metrics, monitors, and troubleshooting tools.
• Participate in on-call rotations during business hours and weekends.
• Diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues in production systems.
• Improve observability by refactoring code and introducing telemetry.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering background in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
• Experience producing code in Java or similar backend language.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Eligibility to obtain a US Security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus.
• Familiarity with Python, Go, or web technologies.
• Track record of identifying and fixing bugs in codebases.
