💼 About This Role

You'll make home visits to adult and geriatric patients in Providence, Cranston, Warwick, West Warwick, and surrounding towns. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Perform assigned duties including medication administration and wound care
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical Manager
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Rhode Island
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1 year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN
