💼 About This Role

You'll own the FP&A close process, rolling forecast, and performance reporting for a health technology company. You'll provide executive and Board-ready insights through strong cross-functional partnerships. This role offers real business ownership and the chance to improve systems and processes that power decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly FP&A close and consolidated reporting process.
• Coordinate board and business review materials with consistent metrics.
• Lead annual operating plan and rolling forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate performance and strategic decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools.
• Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, CFA, or MBA are a plus.
