🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties including painting and drywall repairs
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and grounds cleanup
• Provide general administrative support in the office

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Willingness to perform physical tasks indoors and outdoors
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
