Description

You will act as the bridge between product and procurement teams, managing the end-to-end process for new ingredient requests to drive innovation and improve customer experience. You'll collaborate with category managers and local teams to facilitate efficient sourcing and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for new ingredient requests across Culinary, Product, and Procurement teams
• Own the workflow for new ingredient requests, ensuring adherence to standardized processes
• Align with local NID/Ingredient Specialist to ensure timely sourcing tasks
• Act as gatekeeper for all NID requests, progressing only feasible SKUs
• Coordinate new developments with Category Managers, sensory testing, Culinary, FSQA, and other markets
