💼 About This Role

You'll join ControlUp's sales team to scale revenue in the DACH region. You'll research prospects, discover pain points, and set meetings with IT decision-makers. This role includes a structured SDR training program with coaching and role-plays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow established sales process with weekly coaching
• Set quality meetings with IT departments across DACH
• Generate qualified leads via email and cold calls
• Engage prospects to build rapport and uncover needs

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of SDR or BDR experience
• Experience engaging prospects via email, phone, and in-person
• Fluent in German (C2 level or equivalent mastery)
• Fluent in English (professional proficiency)

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous work with SaaS Sales
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, or Zoominfo
• Additional languages beyond German and English
