You'll lead building a people analytics and innovation function from the ground up in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You'll design AI-powered tools and predictive models to influence executive decisions on workforce planning and employee experience. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead people analytics and innovation strategy aligned with HR and business priorities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM technologies
- Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, engagement, and mobility
- Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR data science
- 3+ years leading or managing analytics teams
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
- Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with enterprise survey programs
