You'll lead building a people analytics and innovation function from the ground up in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You'll design AI-powered tools and predictive models to influence executive decisions on workforce planning and employee experience. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and lead people analytics and innovation strategy aligned with HR and business priorities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM technologies
  • Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, engagement, and mobility
  • Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR data science
  • 3+ years leading or managing analytics teams
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
  • Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field
  • Experience with enterprise survey programs
