💼 About This Role

You'll support MoonPay's Trust & Safety operations, working across fraud and disputes workflows to prevent fraud while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your work will directly impact fraud loss, chargeback rates, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform manual reviews of customer accounts and transactions assessing fraud risk
• Investigate and respond to fraud-related activity (ATO, scams, payment fraud)
• Handle disputes end-to-end including investigation and representment
• Make risk-based decisions balancing fraud prevention and customer experience

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in fraud operations and chargebacks in fintech or payments
• Ability to operate across both fraud investigations and disputes workflows
• Understanding of chargeback lifecycle and reason codes (Visa/Mastercard)
• Strong knowledge of fraud risk signals and transaction analysis

• Experience working in both fraud ops and disputes within same role
• Exposure to acquiring-side chargeback management or high-risk merchant environments
• Experience with fraud tooling, rule tuning, or decision engines
