You'll partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Development teams to design and build customer journeys on the Proactive AI Agents platform, part of NICE CXone. You'll support delivery and optimization of solutions that align with client business objectives and drive corporate KPIs.   • Support delivery and optimization of customer journeys against success plans.
  • Partner with teams to implement solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality technical implementations and configurations.
  • Act as daily technical contact for customers, building relationships.

  • Experience supporting service delivery or project execution in IT/SaaS/cloud.
  • Commercial awareness to support business cases and articulate customer value.
  • Experience contributing to medium-to-large projects with end-to-end delivery.
  • Technical aptitude including data analysis and Excel for decision-making.
