You'll support delivery and optimization of solutions that align with client business objectives and drive corporate KPIs. • Support delivery and optimization of customer journeys against success plans.
• Partner with teams to implement solutions aligned with client objectives.

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting service delivery or project execution in IT/SaaS/cloud.
• Commercial awareness to support business cases and articulate customer value.
• Experience contributing to medium-to-large projects with end-to-end delivery.
• Technical aptitude including data analysis and Excel for decision-making.
