Description

You will lead product definition, rollout, and introduction for Lightmatter's photonics-enabled solutions, driving design wins with top semiconductor and cloud vendors. Reporting to the Director of Product Line Management, you'll collaborate across engineering, sales, and executive teams to accelerate adoption in segment-defining categories.

Requirements

• 12+ years related experience with 8+ years in product management or similar roles driving complex semiconductor products to volume production.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Full development cycle experience from business case through EOL.
• Deep knowledge of silicon photonics and/or optical technologies.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed requirements, product line strategy, and market positioning for silicon photonics hardware, including Passage chiplet interconnect.
• Drive industry partner relationships and availability of partner hardware solutions (lasers, fibers, connectors).
• Manage product rollout to lead customers and lifecycle from development through production.
• Win key customers through proposals, collaterals, and value propositions.
• Develop pricing, margin analysis, and forecasts to support corporate financial goals.
• Represent Lightmatter at industry forums and speaking events.
• Develop marketing collaterals and brief top press, analysts, and investors.
