🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations including facilities and maintenance
  • Oversee cleaning, security, and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate office moves, layout changes, and workstation setups
  • Support new‑hire onboarding and leaver equipment returns

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Office or Facilities Management experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred
