💼 About This Role

You'll execute and document routine QC processes for enzyme and reagent characterization in a biotech startup environment. You'll independently evaluate assay data and contribute to assay development and validation. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams spanning QC, manufacturing, and R&D.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and document routine QC processes
• Independently evaluate and interpret assay data
• Develop and validate new assays
• Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

📋 Requirements

• BS or MS in biotechnology or molecular biology
• 3+ years relevant laboratory experience
• Experience with PCR and qPCR
• Experience with enzyme activity assays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a start-up environment
• Experience with next-generation sequencing
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems
