- Ensure general office readiness (ordering snack and supplies, basic cleaning, organizing)
- Coordinate employee and guest visits, ensuring space reservations and access submissions
- Resolve workplace tickets for office via Atlas (events, office support, access, general questions)
- Coordinate on-site events, including catering, space booking, access, and day-to-day assistance
- Plan and execute onsite employee events
๐ Requirements
- Previous office management or administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
