  • Ensure general office readiness (ordering snack and supplies, basic cleaning, organizing)
  • Coordinate employee and guest visits, ensuring space reservations and access submissions
  • Resolve workplace tickets for office via Atlas (events, office support, access, general questions)
  • Coordinate on-site events, including catering, space booking, access, and day-to-day assistance
  • Plan and execute onsite employee events

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Previous office management or administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
