  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services
  • Strong understanding of global hiring market for non-technical roles
  • Proven success hiring talent with backgrounds in fixed income or trading
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
