You'll join Theodo GovTech to structure and secure delivery for public sector clients like ministries and local authorities. Your core impact is guaranteeing delivery quality, contract compliance, and profitability on complex fixed-price projects. You'll lead a growing team and shape the future of GovTech delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project governance and rituals
• Ensure program alignment across stakeholders
• Monitor contract compliance (SLA, scope)
• Track and optimize project budget and profitability

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years in Program Director/Delivery Manager roles
• Strong experience in ESN/consulting firms (Accenture, Capgemini, etc.)
• Proven track record managing complex fixed-price projects
• Experience working with public sector clients

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as Key Account Manager
• Expertise in specific public sectors (Education, Ecological Transition, etc.)
