🎯 What You'll Do
- Edit breaking news, live blogs, enterprise pieces, newsletters, and long-form analyses.
- Enforce style, tone, accuracy, grammar, and legal/policy precision across all outputs.
- Optimize content for searchability and digital discoverability; assist with headlines and captions.
- Vet political details like dates, votes, bill numbers, and regulatory references.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional editing experience in newsrooms or policy outlets.
- Strong policy knowledge across government, legislation, and regulatory issues.
- Proven ability to edit for style, tone, grammar, and factual accuracy under tight deadlines.
