🎯 What You'll Do

  • Edit breaking news, live blogs, enterprise pieces, newsletters, and long-form analyses.
  • Enforce style, tone, accuracy, grammar, and legal/policy precision across all outputs.
  • Optimize content for searchability and digital discoverability; assist with headlines and captions.
  • Vet political details like dates, votes, bill numbers, and regulatory references.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional editing experience in newsrooms or policy outlets.
  • Strong policy knowledge across government, legislation, and regulatory issues.
  • Proven ability to edit for style, tone, grammar, and factual accuracy under tight deadlines.
