Description

You will lead Pinterest's North America Enterprise Sales Finance function, acting as a CFO-level partner to senior sales leadership. Owning the full P&L, you'll drive strategic insights, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize investments and scale revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales finance, corporate finance, or related field in fast-paced tech/advertising
  • 3+ years managing people
  • Proven P&L ownership driving revenue, OpEx, and headcount decisions
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning
  • AI fluency with experience leveraging AI tools for analysis and forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary finance partner to NA Enterprise Sales VPs, owning full P&L (revenue, OpEx, headcount)
  • Lead revenue reporting and forecasting for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
  • Identify revenue opportunities, risks, and cost efficiencies with actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Sales on quota setting, investment decisions, headcount planning, and annual planning
  • Lead and develop a team of 3 finance professionals
