Description
You will lead Pinterest's North America Enterprise Sales Finance function, acting as a CFO-level partner to senior sales leadership. Owning the full P&L, you'll drive strategic insights, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize investments and scale revenue growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales finance, corporate finance, or related field in fast-paced tech/advertising
- 3+ years managing people
- Proven P&L ownership driving revenue, OpEx, and headcount decisions
- Deep expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning
- AI fluency with experience leveraging AI tools for analysis and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Be the primary finance partner to NA Enterprise Sales VPs, owning full P&L (revenue, OpEx, headcount)
- Lead revenue reporting and forecasting for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- Identify revenue opportunities, risks, and cost efficiencies with actionable recommendations
- Partner with Sales on quota setting, investment decisions, headcount planning, and annual planning
- Lead and develop a team of 3 finance professionals
