Description

You will lead and develop a maintenance team to ensure high-quality service and property upkeep, resolve mechanical and electrical issues, manage apartment turnover and preventative maintenance, and oversee vendor relationships and capital projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in facilities or residential maintenance
• 3+ years supervisory experience with high-performing teams
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Advanced skill in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a role model for core values and culture
• Hire, develop, and provide training to team members
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance issues
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and ensure building code compliance
