Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers for SMB and Mid-Market customers
  • Drive operational excellence in onboarding, engagement, and renewal processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams
  • Analyze account performance to identify risks and opportunities
