🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and mentor team members to foster self-organizing teams.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to break down business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Define and monitor team goals and performance metrics.
• Design and build scalable, user-friendly systems with stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years work experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years experience managing developers on a product team.
• Experience with JavaScript ecosystem (PostgreSQL, NodeJS, TypeScript).
• Experience with AWS, microservices, REST APIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Conceptual understanding of Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes.
• Experience with NestJS, React, Jest.
• Experience with dynamic rendering engines and A/B tests.
