You'll drive sales of Smart Trac asset tracking solutions for Tractian, working with clients like Hyundai, Bosch, and Kraft Heinz. You'll leverage technical expertise to demonstrate ROI and manage the sales process using HubSpot CRM.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Engage with clients to understand asset monitoring needs and position Smart Trac.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations highlighting technical advantages and ROI.
- Manage sales pipeline and track interactions using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with technical team to tailor solutions to client requirements.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in asset monitoring or IoT.
- Strong technical acumen to explain complex solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
✨ Nice to Have
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with RFPs and RFIs.
- Knowledge of asset tracking or maintenance technology.
