💼 About This Role

You'll own Scheduling Care Access end-to-end at Form Health, a virtual obesity medicine clinic. Your work will directly impact patient access and provider utilization as we scale. This is a high-leverage role with build vs. buy authority over our scheduling stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define problem space via workflow deep dives and data analysis
• Own product strategy and roadmap for Scheduling Care Access
• Drive build vs. buy decisions for third-party scheduling solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship iteratively

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience in scheduling or logistics products
• Healthcare or care delivery experience understanding clinical workflows
• Comfort making and defending build vs. buy decisions
