🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery to implementation
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape product strategy
• Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions
• Conduct user research including interviews and usability testing

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience shipping digital products
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and driving work independently
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and engineers
• Experience with user research and data-driven design
