You'll lead training and mentorship for veterinary assistants and technicians in an emergency hospital. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Assess assistant and technician skills through direct observation
  • Deliver tailored hands-on training for all learning styles
  • Organize peer training opportunities and mentor staff
  • Develop training content like presentations and simulations

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT) in state
  • High level of knowledge in emergency medicine
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Associate's degree in veterinary technology from AVMA program
  • VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia
  • Previous training experience
