You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and recruiting and developing a passionate team at a pop culture and music-inspired retail store. You'll drive customer engagement through promotions and social media while ensuring operational excellence.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
