You'll support relocating employees with hands-on in-person assistance including housing searches, area tours, and local registrations. Your expertise will help clients navigate their transition smoothly during peak months.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of residency in Seattle with local market knowledge
• Reliable 4-door vehicle and valid driver's license
• Commitment to minimum 20 hours per week including weekends
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems
• Laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on in-person assistance with housing searches, neighborhood tours, and local registrations
• Coordinate moving logistics and initial home setup
• Manage client relationships and provide customized recommendations
• Support Personal Host team with administrative tasks and multiple relocations
• Research and recommend summer-specific services and manage short-term housing
