🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical strategy for agent-based automation using LLMs and RL.
• Architect and deploy ML systems including LLM fine-tuning and agent orchestration.
• Lead ML infrastructure for training, inference, serving, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Research state-of-the-art techniques in prompting, RAG, and reinforcement learning.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience in machine learning.
• Deep expertise in modern ML frameworks and Python.
• Proven experience with large language models including fine-tuning and inference optimization.
