💼 About This Role

You'll provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms at a data-driven marketing consultancy. You'll administer Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint while managing devices with Intune. This role offers exposure to AI-enabled tools and Linux systems in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for end-user and system issues
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online and Teams
• Manage devices with Microsoft Intune policies and deployments
• Perform laptop imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle support

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in system or desktop support
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
• Experience managing devices with Intune
• Solid working knowledge of Active Directory and identity troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Linux systems administration
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
