🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns and budgets.
• Build recommendation systems and clustering for paid search optimization.
• Develop regression models for targeting and bidding strategies.
• Design and analyze A/B tests using causal inference.
• Roll out LTV models to guide marketing investments.

📋 Requirements

• Data Scientist experience with performance marketing teams in B2C.
• Knowledge of bidding, incrementality, and attribution.
• Skilled in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B test design and evaluation).
• Strong SQL and Python coding skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with causal inference techniques (e.g., geo-lift, synthetic control).
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Looker.
• Experience with Apache Spark, dbt, Airflow.
