You will build and scale Cast AI's partner ecosystem from the ground up, driving partner-sourced revenue through co-sell execution and activation of resellers, MSPs, and DevOps consultancies. Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to create a scalable partner-led revenue engine that impacts company-wide results.

Responsibilities
- Build partner and reseller ecosystem from the bottom up
- Create partnerships with resellers, MSPs, DevOps consultancies
- Develop a regional pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, SE, marketing, events, R&D, product, finance, and legal teams
- Drive partner-led revenue growth and co-sell execution
