Description

You will execute large-scale supply chain strategies for the Starlink production facility, working closely with engineering and manufacturing to ensure production goals are met. Your role includes placing purchase orders, forecasting demand, managing supplier performance, and developing sourcing strategies for mechanical hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, or 4+ years experience in lieu of degree
• Experience managing high-spend portfolios ($10M+)
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems, managing BOM, work orders, purchase orders
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, PowerBI
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes like machining, sheet metal fabrication, and material finishes

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices
• Forecast demand, evaluate capacity, and manage supply signals
• Track high risk components and supplier delivery performance
• Interpret engineering drawings and BOMs
• Create sourcing strategies for mechanical custom and COTS hardware
