💼 About This Role

You'll own Blockit's core infrastructure including databases and async job processing to ensure speed and reliability. You'll architect solutions as the platform scales and serve as the point person on reliability. This role is ideal if you care deeply about production systems and want to build for millions of calendars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve core infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, async pipelines
• Design and optimize LLM infrastructure and observability stack
• Build monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
• Architect new infrastructure like Redis or Kafka

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering with focus on backend or infrastructure
• Strong with database technology and diagnosing inefficiencies
• Experience running production services including monitoring and incident response
• Familiarity with job queues or event-driven systems

• Experience with Docker, AWS/GCP, or infrastructure-as-code
