💼 About This Role

You'll join Affirm's Commercial Legal team to structure, draft, and negotiate global commercial agreements. You'll be a key advisor to sales, partnerships, and merchant success teams. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge financial products at a remote-first company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate global commercial agreements
• Provide strategic legal advice to cross-functional teams
• Lead projects to improve legal team processes
• Train internal business partners on legal matters

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited school and active bar membership
• 5+ years of complex commercial drafting and negotiation experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating data privacy terms (CCPA, GLBA, GDPR)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deals under tight deadlines
