You'll lead internal audits for Paytm's high-growth businesses like UPI, Wallet, and Lending. You'll design risk-based audit plans and interface directly with Senior Leadership. This role offers a chance to drive automation and continuous monitoring in a fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute annual risk-based audit plans
• Lead end-to-end audits of operations, HR, finance, or tech
• Perform walkthroughs and test of effectiveness
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of internal audit experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA qualification
• Deep understanding of RBI and NPCI guidelines
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Certifications like CIA or CISA
• Data analytics skills using SQL, ACL, or PowerBI
• Experience in fintech or banking environment
