💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design of world-class learning experiences for Semperis' global sales team, owning the full instructional design lifecycle. You'll translate complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling, learner-centric content that drives measurable seller performance. This role blends creative vision with rigorous methodology at an award-winning cybersecurity company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop learning programs across e-learning, ILT, and vILT modalities
• Build onboarding curricula with role-based learning paths and certification tracks
• Create scenario-based content like branching simulations and deal-based case studies
• Partner with SMEs to conduct training needs analyses and design learning strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of instructional design experience in a corporate or sales enablement setting
• Expertise with authoring tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with LMS platforms such as MindTickle or similar
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning content

• Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale
• Knowledge of learning science principles like spaced repetition and retrieval practice
