💼 About This Role

You'll supervise AOD counseling staff and OMCP mentors in a prison-based therapeutic community program. You'll oversee assessment, documentation, and staff development while collaborating with CDCR/CCHCS. This role offers the chance to work within the criminal justice system to support rehabilitation and recovery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise approximately six AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff
• Assess and monitor staff progress toward AOD certification
• Oversee participant intake, relapse prevention plans, and documentation
• Coordinate OMCP mentors and verify internship hours

📋 Requirements

• AOD Counselor certification from a DHCS-approved organization
• 2 years of experience as a certified AOD counselor
• Current AOD Certification or licensed professional per contract
