You'll lead card payment risk case resolution and fraud rule strategy as a core member of Airwallex's global risk team. You'll drive end-to-end case ownership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead resolution of complex card payment risk cases
• Design and refine issuing risk rules and strategy
• Leverage AI tools to optimize fraud detection workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams

📋 Requirements

• Background in card payment risk or fraud operations in high-growth FinTech
• Experience using SQL or Databricks for fraud trend analysis
• Proven ability to own end-to-end case resolution
• Skill in coordinating with global stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with account take-over (ATO) risk control
• Knowledge of AI/LLM applications in risk operations
