You'll join the WFMY-TV news team as a photojournalist, creating compelling content for television, social media, and mobile. You'll capture video and audio elements to tell engaging news, sports, and feature stories. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge live news-gathering tools in a dynamic daily deadline environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Capture compelling video and audio for news, sports, and features
• Operate ENG truck or IP video-based live unit
• Work solo or in a team for daily news assignments
• Suggest story ideas at editorial meetings

📋 Requirements

• Photojournalism experience in a newsroom environment
• Non-linear editing skills (EDIUS or similar)
• Live news gathering experience with ENG or IP units
• Valid driver's license to operate news vehicle

• BA/BS in journalism or communications
• NPPA membership
• Knowledge of EDIUS editing system
