You'll provide evidence-based, compassionate care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model. You will have quality time to listen, educate, and personalize treatment plans, supported by clinical protocols and a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (MA license required)
• Prescriptive authority
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for women in midlife via telehealth
• Diagnose and manage perimenopause, menopause, and related conditions
• Educate patients on treatment options including hormonal therapy and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with clinical team and care coordinators
• Participate in weekly clinical education
