💼 About This Role

You'll lead outbound operations in a high-volume B2C warehouse, supervising teams in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Your impact drives same-day international shipping and efficiency improvements. This role offers a startup culture with global resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Study and standardize procedures to improve worker efficiency
• Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances
• Coordinate with other Supervisors for warehouse activity coordination
• Support Department Manager with labor planning and inventory accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory warehouse experience
• eCommerce experience highly desired
• Ability to resolve problems quickly using sound judgment
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills – written, oral, reading
