🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hands-on ad creation and A/B testing across platforms
• Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok
• Partner with design and video teams to produce polished assets
• Optimize advertising budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in performance/growth marketing with proven ROAS 3x+
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Canva
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
• Strong skills in copywriting, visual design, and video editing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or Communications
