🎯 What You'll Do

• New business development via client outreach including cold calls
• Advising clients on property valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Preparing Broker Opinions of Value, market comparables, and research
• Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
• Negotiating listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and purchase agreements
