Description

You will support the daily operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in Taiwan, focusing on real-time monitoring, incident response, and risk mitigation to ensure employee safety and business continuity. You'll work with the Senior Manager to enhance GSOC effectiveness and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, International Relations, or related field
• 5+ years in physical security operations, crisis management, or intelligence analysis
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident response
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Experience in a GSOC environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily GSOC operations aligned with global physical security standards
• Conduct real-time monitoring and threat detection
• Support incident response including documentation and escalation
• Develop and refine SOPs for threat detection and crisis management
• Monitor local/regional risk factors and prepare reports
