You'll own APAC digital marketing strategy and hands-on execution to drive qualified pipeline for a B2B software company. You'll balance regional strategy with local platform expertise in Japan and South Korea, while pushing the team toward AI-first ways of working.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead APAC digital marketing channel strategy and execution.
  • Own performance marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo, and Naver.
  • Drive regional creative production and localized email nurtures.
  • Optimize APAC website for conversion and lead capture.

📋 Requirements

  • B2B digital demand generation experience in APAC.
  • Hands-on expertise in performance channels (paid social, paid search).
  • Deep familiarity with local APAC platforms like Yahoo Japan and Naver.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.

  • Experience partnering with Sales on pipeline targets.
