You'll manage a portfolio of Rho's largest B2B relationships, driving product adoption and retention. Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales, you'll develop onboarding tactics and manage ongoing client relationships to maximize business value.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage, retain, and expand client relationships in middle-market and startup segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to hand off and onboard new clients.
  • Build relationships with key accounts to address business needs and drive adoption.
  • Track account metrics: revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in a client-facing Customer Success role.
  • Experience managing implementations with 50+ users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of managing a large portfolio of clients efficiently.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, high-growth preferable.
  • Background in accounting, finance, cards, or payments.
  • BA degree or higher.
