๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage a portfolio of Rho's largest B2B relationships, driving product adoption and retention. Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales, you'll develop onboarding tactics and manage ongoing client relationships to maximize business value.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage, retain, and expand client relationships in middle-market and startup segments.
- Collaborate with Sales team to hand off and onboard new clients.
- Build relationships with key accounts to address business needs and drive adoption.
- Track account metrics: revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-facing Customer Success role.
- Experience managing implementations with 50+ users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of managing a large portfolio of clients efficiently.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, high-growth preferable.
- Background in accounting, finance, cards, or payments.
- BA degree or higher.
