You'll lead global payroll operations across EMEA, Americas, and APJ at Veeam Software, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll for a rapidly growing tech company. You'll drive process improvements and automation while managing third-party providers and cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage global payroll operations (EMEA, Americas, APJ).
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
• Maintain compliance with local, national, and international payroll laws.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 15+ years of multi-country payroll management experience.
• Strong understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll software (ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional payroll certification (CPP, CIPP).
• Experience in a rapidly growing international software company.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
