Your core impact will be defining technical vision, establishing frameworks, and driving best practices for mobile-first development across iOS, Android, and responsive web. This role combines hands-on technical contribution with people management in a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, mentor, and grow a team of mobile design engineers
• Define technical vision and strategy for mobile design systems
• Partner with design, product, and engineering leadership on mobile initiatives
• Drive best practices for mobile-first development and production-grade patterns

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building production frameworks and component systems
• Deep technical background in mobile development (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin)
