💼 About This Role

You'll design and demo Sierra's AI Agent product to prospective customers, acting as the technical expert in sales conversations. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive GTM strategy and improve our solutions based on customer feedback. This role is based in Tokyo and requires bilingual fluency in Japanese and English.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and demo Sierra's AI Agent product to customers
• Answer technical questions and propose solutions
• Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
• Lead customer conversations and anticipate needs

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• Professional fluency in Japanese and English
• Experience in demo building and customer-facing presentations
• Experience leading Enterprise sales processes
